Not only that, but if you are federal agent looking to make arrests you don't broadcast it by having a police escort. I think might be smarter than you think. But he never pulled it. When he was pinned down they removed it and then proceeded to shoot him. Oh and yes they do need a warrant.

This is an extremely important point: you're only seeing chaotic ICE raids in blue sanctuary cities where local officials are fighting against federal law enforcement. The chaos is created by "leaders" who would rather promote rioting in their streets than follow the law.
