Nice of @Airbnb to cancel not one but two bookings for same dates. Booked last year for this October, only to have hosts cancel “for repair works” today Yeah definitely not going to relist for double the fee are you 🤬 #bullshit anyone else been done over by them?

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp Extremely disappointed. Host hid £200 cleaning fee in description to bypass 'Total Price' search. Support admits host didn't use the 'Appropriate Fee Field' but refuses help, telling me to 'just cancel.' UK guests beware,the checkout price isn't the real price

Just another horror story from @Airbnb_uk for your records. Two weeks ago we arrived at our booked accommodation, accessed it using the security codes given, and when we entered, we found a very startled young female student, whose rented accommodation we’d just invaded. 1/2

@Airbnb how is it acceptable to not refund any money for accommodation that was booked and cancelled within 48hrs after the host reached out to say would totally understand, then kept our £410, not one penny refunded, disgusting, have to pay in full to get 50% back, joke avoid🚨

@airbnb We had a family accident right before leaving for our trip. Sent medical reports proving that my wife couldn't even walk. They refused to change our dates or offer any other solution. Completely unprotected with them. They are the paradigm of extreme capitalism.

@AirbnbHelp I had a guest leave a review lying about their experience. I asked for it to be removed, but support claims it doesn’t violate policy even though it does. When I ask for the reasoning, Airbnb Support hangs up on me or tells me “only their opinion matters”. Please help
