I was carrying my mom to the hospital in emergency condition but due to multiple vehicle parked in haphazard manner on the Street of my colony( gali no. 05, Sangam vihar, Jharoda Delhi 10084) blocked my car. I called 112 (Delhi police) but no positive response we received.
