Busy day on the pond. A visit from a Bald Eagle, territorial squabbling among the arriving Canadian Geese (and then strolling on the ice until they fall through), a couple of Merganser species (not pictured), and the ice finally beginning to melt in earnest.

@Vanessid I recommend the idyllwild inn! Cheap and rustic and the air is clear and crisp. Big Bear was kinda scary during covid — lots of weird anti-mask alt right energy there

By far the most messages I’ve received about LITTLE FISH was when an apparently very popular Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby watched and liked it, which is how I discovered all my friends can afford Pelotons
