@HomeCentreIndia Placed an order on 14 March 2025 with Home Centre waited 45 days until 30 April with no delivery. Requested refund on 2 May. Since then, every agent repeats the cycle no resolution, no timeline, no accountability. Extremely disappointing service. @HomeCentreIndia

@NICLofficial Still not getting any response from your team. Have submitted all original documents but still asking for the same documents & also approved some bills on same date & some not approved. How bad services are company providing. Even not ready close this on call.

@NICLofficial Have already submitted required original documents. If you are asking all 1 year & 2 year prescription, how should I submit those? As you are approving only 2 month prescription.

@NICLofficial very bad service. Every time giving some different different reasons about the claim. Also not accepting online medical bills & reports. I have claimed in feb 2023 but still it’s pending, asking 1 year later prescription as well.@irdaindia @bimalokpal @NICLofficial
