@JioCare Highly disappointed wit Jio Fiberteam. I reqstd for Wifi connection cancellation on Aug3rd & I was informed that team wil cancel it in 24hrs & device be picked by associate in 3days. After 3 days of no response/action,i found out cancellation & device pickup not possible

@JioCare Aftr whole day of me following up I got sent automatd mesgs frm jio team that they r looking into the issue & no one contacted me fr any of resolution. Aftr 12 hours, i receive nw message to provide details fr cancellation. I think its a joke for ur team to play with a customer

@JioCare I have been sending out emails on jiofibercare@jio.com but no response. I raised multiple SRs but not getting acknowledgment. I also called the customer care to prioritise my situation since I won’t be available to return the device beyond today. JIO TEAM DOESN’T CARE

@savaaricars I had booked a cab 2 weeks ago paid advance amount..Today am supposed to travel, the driver assigned asked me to cancel the booking at 11 pm in the night when am about to leave early dawn.Your team has not still able to assign any alternatives. I need resolution ASAP

@rentomojo if u guys dont want ur product back and on top of that u are just bothering me as a customer now. Worst quality product, more worse is logistics, absolute distasteful is your customer care. Its my humble request, either you take your product back or allow me to dump it

@rentomojo after reaching out to delivery partner and your customer care atleast 20 times yesterday, product has not still picked up and your customer care lied saying they tried to call me i did not pick up. If needed i have my call log as proof to show if you guys called or not

@rentomojo Pathetic customer service and absolutely ridiculous delivery logistics. It is been more than week,the product was supposed to be picked up, because i canceled the subscription without even using it for one day since the product was of lowest quality/unusable condition
