Aspiring home owners🏠 who want to purchase a property, you see that property you want to buy in that new site because it is cheaper by a margin of 50% compared to the one closer to the city, my advice is if you can afford it,you should go for the one closer to the city, hear me out 🧏it might be expensive but it will be worth it at the end of the day. Firstly, most of those lands or building in the so new site are infrastructure such as good roads, for someone who own a car, I can tell you for free this matters a lot, because road to those new sites are mostly in bad condition, you will be the one to pay for it to be motorable at least, and even at that,the condition of the road won’t be good enough, reducing your vehicle life span, spending endlessly maintaining your vehicle shock, chasis and other, heck I have seen home owners who park their car somewhere else because the road to their home is not vehicle accessible at all especially during rainy season. And those who do not own a car, na another round of wahala👿 transport to their home and work will be expensive, even taking longer before getting to work and choice of transport will be limited. Secondly, the property closer to the city has facilities already available, like electricity and strong mobile and internet connections, but for someone who live in new sites, you might even be the one to purchase the pole and wire to connect to the nearest one, that is another expenditure on it own, and for the mobile network, you might end up jumping from one tree to the other😂 just to make a call, talk-less of internet. Let not even talk about access to health facilities, recreational areas, schools, and security services, you see that 2 to 3 million you want to save on that land you are planning to buy in that new site, you will end up spending much more in the long run if you decide to buy it, though there are benefits buying property in new site area too but it will new out weigh property closer to the city center, so before you make that decision, ask yourself is the stress worth it . #RealEstateTips #PropertyInvestment #HomeOwnership #RealEstateAdvice #ibadanproperty
