@Akai_Pro Hello. I haven’t had a case number since 2025 when I sent it in. I haven’t been given another case number. I reached out last week Friday and just got a response as of today. I would greatly appreciate help trying to get a new unit because I love the MPC mine is defective

@Akai_Pro I really like yall as a company, but i’m disappointed in the mpc live 2 speakers. my right speaker has stopped working again… i bought this unit new. sent it in on warranty. now they’re saying they can’t fix it because the warranty ran out… not a good look..
