And yet again, we are here @Bajaj_Finance, in my last thread, I explicitly mentioned that I do not want any mechanical responses and have shared every single communication with you regarding my complaint for repetitive promotional calls

And after they give up, you start calling them all over again. I have sent 17 emails mentioning details of people who have called me with their names, numbers and recordings of each. However, seems like your team does not care about the same.@DoT_India @Bajaj_Finance

I assumed it might be just a one man error, but seems like your entire system is broken with the intent of exploiting the fact that you are a larger corporation that can continue to send automated emails and wait until a customer is completely irritated…

This is probably the 15th or 16th email from @Bajaj_Finance saying: “DNC is active, you won’t receive calls.” Yesterday I AGAIN got a call for an overdraft offer. When I said I was recording, the caller literally said: “Do whatever you can.” I have the recording.

@Bajaj_Finance @TRAI @RBI @DoT_India .@Bajaj_Finance grievance handling is a joke. Every reply comes from a different agent asking the SAME questions already answered multiple times. Assign a case manager. Stop the scripted spam.

The most pathetic part? Their “grievance team” does NOTHING except copy-paste the same robotic reply repeatedly. I explicitly asked for a MANAGER to handle this. Instead, random customer service reps keep replying without reading complaint history.

3/ Today I AGAIN received a call from their customer service team. I’m uploading the recording. Calls get muted. Agents disconnect abruptly. Complaints get closed without resolution. This is no longer support. This is harassment. @Bajaj_Finance @jagograhakjago

@Bajaj_Finance Sharing details via DM, but I don’t want a repetitive we’ll add your number to the DND list and continue getting calls. I want a manager or equivalent to call me and explain to me why this happens. And what was done to address it previously. @TRAI - keeping them in loop too.

Absolutely pathetic handling by @Bajaj_Finance. Despite being on TRAI DND since 2016, I kept receiving dialer-based spam calls from unknown numbers. Even after adding me to their “internal DNC,” they called again today. I have: - recordings - screenshots - emails - complaint ID
