Well, it is busy! There were so many people there. Sitting of the jetty the word to ‘get it there’ came as a frightening sign. I got in and filled with fear! The count down came and I when floating on my back. 1/3 on the way through I was ready to quit. However, I MADE IT.

Four riders took my attention today. Three for them took them higher up the scales with bike and rider moving as one. The other rider is lower down the scale. Now I am waiting for tomorrow. Swimming 🏊‍♂️. A 150 meters in open water. 🤪🤪🤪

Last night I did 4 lengths without stopping (except a turn around). I ended up doing 12 lengths. Back 4 weeks in could not do a single length without an aid to improve my balance. 4 weeks later.

It’s a bit wet!!!

It was windy, rain, slightly dry up and more rain. I met loads of racers, old and new! Technical staff, Dorna staff, Silverstone staff and more punters!!! What an awesome day!!!
