everywhere actually, a lot of people like to “humble” pretty girls, even on social settings.

A Thousand Splendid Suns Had a rough time last week and I decided to pick up a book to read so I read A Thousand Splendid Suns. This is a story of two Afghan women….Mariam and Laila…..whose lives become intertwined.

Stop telling kids their parent who abandoned them ‘loves them’. You aren’t helping. It’s confusing. Love is a behavior, not just feelings. Telling a child abandonment can exist in love is cruel and sets them up for a lifetime of bad relationship choices.
