The @AkinsCSI competed in the TPSA Regional Criminal Justice competition. Amazingly, everyone who competed placed in the top 3 of their events and has qualified to go to state. Please help me congratulate all the students who worked so hard. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI competed in the TXPSTA Regional Criminal Justice Competition in Lampasas, TX this past Saturday. Akins came away 1st place wins in Cell Extraction and Inmate Processing/Booking along with a 3rd place win for Fingerprinting. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI spent their Saturday helping with the @AISDPolice Trunk or Treat Event. There was such a huge turn out with so many families. The interns helped set up the event, serve pizza, and caused a fright in the spooky haunted house. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI competed in the TPSA State Criminal Justice Competition. They placed 2nd in Cell Extraction along with a Community Service award. @AkinsAISD was also the first school ever to earn the Community Impact award for their work in the community. @AustinISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI competed in the TXPSTA State Criminal Justice Competition this past weekend and our Correctional Tactical Team was able to earn 1st place in the Cell Extraction Event. They are State Champions and the best at that in all of Texas. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @Akins_CTE

The @AkinsCSI had a Big Win at the TPSA Regional Criminal Justice Competition placing 1st in Correctional Institute Design, 2nd in Cell Extraction, 2nd in DWI Stop, 2nd in Male LE Agility, 2nd in Female LE Agility, and 3rd in Traffic Stop.   @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @Akins_CTE

This past Saturday the @AkinsCSI interns participated in the APD Blue Santa Delivery Day. They delivered packages door to door and the families were very happy to receive the gifts. Happy Holidays. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI competed in the TXPSTA Regional Criminal Justice Competition. They were able to walk away with 1st place in traffic stops and 2nd place in Cell Extraction. We will have 7 students heading to the state State Competition. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI spent this past Saturday helping out with Travis County Sheriff's Brown Santa. They helped to bring joy to children this holiday season by helping to collect, warp, and organize gifts to pass out to Families. BrownSanta.org @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

This past weekend, the @AkinsCSI Interns participated in the Austin ISD Police Trunk or Treat Event helping with the Haunted House. It was such a great event for all the families that attended. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI interns had their first visit to the Travis County Correctional Complex in Del Valle. They received a tour of the facility and got a behind the scenes look at the operations. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE

The @AkinsCSI interns volunteered their time this Saturday to help with the APD National Night Out kick off event. The event was great and it was good to see the community come together. @AustinISD @AkinsAISD @AISD_CTE
