That “only difference” is actually huge it enough to create two entirely different religions, making the God Christians worship fundamentally different from the one in Judaism. The same goes for Jewish prophecies…they don’t align with Christian interpretations. Just because one religion (Christianity) emerges later and claims that its predecessor predicted it, doesn’t make it true…just as Islam appeared centuries later and reinterpreted both previous theologies.

Arab Christians wont subscribe to Quranic theology of Allah. E.g they believe in trinity as against Muslims who hold so fast to tawhid(oneness of God).
