@drewlevin The problem is systemic. Everyone, me included, has been negative in chat. This is why I think it's the biggest plague. An idea of mine is implement a one game chat ban, so if riot detects neg attitude in a message it doesn't get sent and the player cannot talk that game anymore

A thought I had this morning: I encounter a decent amount of people trying to justify their negative chat behavior by saying that Riot doesn't sufficiently penalize soft inting, with the implication that their own use of chat is their only real recourse to getting inted.

@drewlevin And you still did not mention the system you (RIOT) said world be implemented 3/4 years ago with 99.9998% accuracy during testing to avoid griefers in the game. Also, please do something against the biggest plague in league: Negative people (never saw a guy get suspended for it)
