Our Economic Impact Report, created in partnership with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), projects an estimated $1.4 billion economic boost across the nine Bay Area counties from NBA All-Star 2025, Super Bowl LX, and FIFA World Cup 26™. “The Bay Area is home to state-of-the-art sports facilities, world-class restaurants and hotels, and some of the largest companies anywhere in the world – but what really makes the region special is the people. The Bay Area’s diverse communities thrive on accepting people and ideas from around the world and have been growing sports hubs for generations,” said California Governor Gavin Newsom. “We look forward to hosting these events, which will create jobs across the region and build on our record-breaking tourism milestones from last year.”
