I am honored to have been awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Bard College in New York. One of the most significant outcomes of our efforts is the distinguished set of dual-degree bachelor's and master's programs between Al-Quds University and Bard College. Proud to announce that Al-Quds University Digital Media and Communication master’s students, Rand Al-Rimawi, Jabran Masad, and Sondos Awad, have won the "Al-Quds Al-Sharif Excellence in Developmental Journalism Award" in honor of the late journalist Mohammed Al-Aghzaf. This prestigious award is organized by the Jerusalem Fund Agency in collaboration with the Higher Institute of Media and Communication and the Institute of Modern Media in Rabat, Morocco.
