@iam_chappie Whole wheat French Toast (weight gainer in the batter) and sweet potatoes, olive oil, and ALOT or sleep… Bruh, you’ll swell up something serious. I did it for a couple fights is had at Heavy Weight. Weighed in at 223.

@iam_chappie YUP! That in-body scan is an eye opener for sure! I was at ~2213 calories while doing NOTHING! And i need to eat 8k or mor calories to build muscle while in training.
