Forgot AirPods on a flight (SV122) - my fault. But airline & airport can’t find them even with Find My showing they’re inside the airport! Filed a report, zero help. Frustrating, as AirPods moved from a terminal to another and no one seems to know how! @Saudi_Airlines@KKIASA
@SAMAcares I raised a complaint before, Alrajhi closed it saying they will resolve the issue on 11-Jun. Deadline passed and they said the same thing they said in Apr, the merchant doesnt want to return money. Credit cards are insured against frauds not ‘banks will ask for the money back’ !

@Saudi_Airlines I had 2 tickets on @Saudi_Airlines, for me & my wife from RUH to BEY. They canceled the departure on 20 Oct, which was scheduled on the 23rd Dec and gave us two others on MEA on the 20th Dec. Now they canceled my tickets & they claim that there are no seats left.Very poor service
