One of my favorite poker players of all-time is @VanessaSelbst, who is playing the 2024 @WSOP Main Event (her only event this summer I believe). Here’s why… - She not only competed at the highest levels of poker but crushed. She may be out of poker now, but trust me, I had a front row seat to a lot of her deep runs and she revolutionized the game while she was in it. - She’s arguably the most fearless poker player I’ve ever met. - She dominated the game and did something I admire - got out of it before the game could dominate her. She took her success and used it to catapult into a “real world” career, a family, and a seemingly happy and fulfilled life. Not all poker players find such things, and I absolutely love when players are wise enough to make that happen. - She was an incredible ambassador for the game. I’ve interviewed and interacted with hundreds of players and she ranks among the best for being present, accommodating, and kindness. - She stands up for a lot of the same things I strongly believe in. She’s never been afraid to use her voice, and I pity the fool who tries to debate her. Finally, I believe her birthday is in 2 days (July 9) and she turns the Poker Hall of Fame eligible 40 years old. There’s already a backlog and it’ll get more log-jammed next year (i.e. @NickSchulman, @scott_seiver, etc). For me Selbst is and should be a 1st ballot inductee and the first woman since @REALJenHarman (2015) who would get in. Not only that, she would become just the 4th woman inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame (she’s already a Women in Poker Hall of Famer). I truly hope the @WSOP will make adjustments next year for the Poker Hall of Fame. #SelbstFor2025

@GerarMendujeu La règle a changé apparemment, tu peux t'arrêter autant que tu veux pendant la course , il ne faut juste pas faire de feinte de frappe.

Maintenant qu’on a tous digéré l’ennui d’hier: On peut parler de la course sur le péno de ronaldo? Elle n’existe plus la règle sur l’interdiction de rupture dans la course? Là c’est grossier y’a un arrêt net vers la fin…

I have been trying to withdraw my balance from @888poker for 2.5 months I provided every doc they asked me for so they can 'proceed with my withdrawal' They're saying they will wire the money, but never do! 30 emails and 2 months trying to resolve this. I dt know what else to do
