These are the problems of Nigeria just like Abure and Lamidi. These people are not meant to be allowed in a sane environment. People are just fighting for their stomachs, after this another one will come out soon. A bunch of distractions. I hope their families can call them to order

"We dissociated ADC from David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola, Bolaji Abdullahi, all members of the coalition who attempted to hijack our party. All actions taken by them in the name of ADC are not binding on the ADC." - Obinna says on behalf of the NEC members of their faction of the ADC.
Imran Muhammad@Imranmuhdz

Another Faction Emerges in ADC, Dissociates from David Mark-Led Coalition and Nafiu Bala’s Group A fresh faction has surfaced within the African Democratic Congress (ADC), declaring itself the authentic leadership of the party and distancing itself from both the Senator David Mark-led opposition coalition and the faction associated with Nafiu Bala. The new group, led by Don Norman Obinna, claims to be the duly elected National Executive Committee (NEC) members of the ADC. At a press briefing in Abuja on Tuesday, the faction stated that the tenure of former National Chairman Ralph Nwosu who handed over the party to the David Mark group officially ended in August 2022. It accused Nwosu of clinging to power illegally, which triggered multiple litigations. The group described Nwosu’s handover of the party to the opposition coalition as “an illegal act.” In a series of key resolutions announced during the briefing, the Obinna-led faction: - Fully dissociated itself from Senator David Mark and other members of the coalition. - Rejected Nafiu Bala, insisting he never held the position of National Vice Chairman. - Declared that the David Mark-led coalition “are not members of ADC and cannot speak for the party.” - Affirmed that the party’s former Presidential Candidate, Dumebi Kachikwu, remains a bona fide member of the ADC. - Appointed new members to manage the party’s affairs until a national convention is held.

This other faction is solely here to target Raphael Nwosu, the former chairman of ADC, just because the former chairman has decided to identify himself with truth and justice. Now Tinubu and INEC's next best move is to bring in a third party that will counter the authenticity of Raphael Nwosu as the rightful chairman in the first place. But thank God for Nigerians like @Ebube_5 that will continue exposing their plans and strategies.

Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo fuelling tension in Plateau with divisive conspiracy-driven remarks By: Zagazola Makama So now, according to Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, every security crisis in Plateau is the result of a grand conspiracy involving Nuhu Ribadu, Kashim Shettima, “the Islamic Council,” and apparently anyone else he can conveniently name. At this point, one would expect evidence. But as usual, none is provided only sweeping accusations, dramatic storytelling, and a steady diet of fear for his audience. It is remarkable how, in his version of events, only one group suffers, only one narrative matters, and every other victim simply does not exist. Attacks on Fulani communities? Ignored. Killings, cattle rustling, reprisals by Birom militias? Conveniently omitted. Truth, it seems, is highly selective. At a time when communities in Plateau across ethnic and religious lines have all suffered loss, it is irresponsible for any leader to continue to amplify hate. Violence in the state has been cyclical, involving reprisals, counter-reprisals, and criminal elements exploiting long-standing tensions. No group holds a monopoly on victimhood. Even more fascinating is the claim that a “small Fulani boy” somehow has direct access to top national security leadership (Nuhu Ribadu). That would be impressive, if it weren’t so completely unsubstantiated. And of course, when facts are scarce, conspiracy fills the gap, a coordinated plan, a hidden agenda, a government takeover. It’s a familiar script, repeat it often enough, and hope people stop asking questions. If leadership is about responsibility, then it might be time for Rev. Dachomo to explain why his voice is loudest when it comes to accusations, but noticeably silent when it comes to condemning violence from all sides. Peace is not built on selective outrage. And it certainly cannot survive on narratives that divide more than they heal. Public figures, especially religious leaders, carry a responsibility to promote peace, restraint, and truth not conspiracy theories or sectarian rhetoric. Statements suggesting a coordinated agenda to “Islamise” Plateau or undermine government authority are not supported by facts and risk inciting fear and hostility among innocent citizens. Nigeria’s security challenges are complex and multifaceted. They require unity, honest engagement, and collaboration not divisive accusations or attempts to delegitimise national institutions. The focus at this critical moment must remain on restoring peace, protecting all communities, and ensuring justice for victims regardless of ethnicity or religion. Leaders who truly care about Plateau must rise above inflammatory rhetoric and contribute to reconciliation, not conflict.

When Atiku's son went against his father for PBAT, y'all were jubilating like small kids. Then u expect the yakasai's to all support PBAT as well just bcos u gave one of us an appointment which he earned by campaigning for PBAT before the election not nominated by my father as you falsely claim. Peak foolishness! It's my bro that I pity for supporting ingrates like u, bastards!
Wale Adedayo 🌍🔰@Mario9jaa

The President asked your father to nominate one of his sons for federal appointments. Your father picked your younger brother because you have shown him in the past that you have zero leadership capacity and will bring shame to him at the slightest opportunity. You even contested for governor in your state and because your father did not support you, you had less than 2,000 votes. Since then, you have been running mad on the TL shouting Northern agenda like a mad dog. If you don’t go and warm tuwo.

Tinubu’s 2023 vote breakdown tells an interesting story. Despite being a Southern candidate, the bulk of his votes came from the North. I doubt if he'll get 15% this time around In sha Allah. North: 5.64Milion votes 62% South: 3.47Million votes 38%

Removal of fuel subsidy, Floatation of the Nigerian currency, Increase in taxes and tarrifs, Appointment of a redundant head like Adelabu as Minister for power, Borrowing another $5 Billion to finance deficit and critical infrastructure and his "I don't care attitude" on the country's insecurity. Can we travel by road the way we could travel by road 20 years ago without fear of being kidnapped? Can most Nigerians afford basic necessities of life like they could 20 years ago?

When I come here to criticize the government of the day constructively, it doesn't in any way translate to my suffering or lack. In fact, very far from it. I am a proficient legal professional who is doing excellently and exceedingly well in his own right and living comfortably despite the balablu economy. Alhamdulillah for the Grace and Growth. However, I consider the woes of the poor masses and underprivileged citizens who carry about 70% of the population. I doubt if most Nigerians really grasp the magnitude of the problem we’re in, which is why everyone is still suffering in silence. In the span of three years: Fuel went from ₦200 to ₦1,400 per litre Spaghetti went from ₦200 to ₦1,300. Eggs went from ₦50 to ₦300. A kilo of chicken went from ₦2,500 to ₦7,500. A kilo of turkey went from ₦3,500 to ₦11,500. A self-contained apartment went from ₦350k to ₦1 million. A mini flat went from ₦650k to ₦2.5 million. A plate of rice and chicken went from ₦2,500 to ₦7,000. Local flights went from ₦60k to ₦300k+. Federal university school fees went from ₦30k to ₦150k+. I can go on and on. Mind you, this is the first tenure of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and he’s actively campaigning for a second term. Honestly, if we truly understood the magnitude of the problem we’re in right now, we would be on the streets, at the National Assembly, on major flyovers, and at airports, taking serious action to repel these hardships. By the time most of you fully grasp the damage this man has done, you will probably be in your 40s and might end up settling for a mediocre life. You can't be in your right senses and be supporting a government like this. It is not possible. Enue ni everybody wa yen!!!

These guys will sha be rewriting history like we don't know where we are coming from and we are right now. Under GEJ, ammunition was literally shared among soldiers, a soldier can move from Location A to B with just 1 magazine or 9 bullets, it was as bad as that. Under GEJ, a CAN chairman private jet was used to procure weapons from South Africa, which was seized by the South African Govt by the way. The NSA of his administration was literally doing a financial giveaway for spiritual warfare and frivolous things. Soldiers committed a mutiny against the GOC and COAS because there was no weapon to fight Boko Haram. Under GEJ, he denied the kidnapping of Chibok girls, which later accepted they were kidnapped but was too late to rescue.

President Tinubu Approves ₦3.3 Trillion Payment Plan to Clear Power Sector Legacy Debts and Restore Reliable Electricity President Bola Tinubu has given the green light to a ₦3.3 trillion payment plan designed to finally settle long-standing debts in Nigeria’s power sector, a move officials say will bring much-needed stability to electricity supply across the country. The approval follows a comprehensive verification of legacy debts that have plagued the sector for over a decade. The debts accumulated between February 2015 and March 2025. After detailed review, ₦3.3 trillion was agreed upon as the full and final settlement amount. Implementation of the Presidential Power Sector Financial Reforms Programme has already begun. Fifteen power plants have signed settlement agreements worth ₦2.3 trillion. The Federal Government has raised ₦501 billion to fund the initiative, with ₦223 billion already disbursed and additional payments in progress. Officials say the cash injection into the power value chain will lead to more stable electricity generation and improved reliability for millions of Nigerians. With power plants now better supported, the government expects increased investment, job creation, and enhanced service delivery in the sector. Special Adviser on Energy to President Tinubu, Olu Arowolo-Verheijen, described the programme as a turning point. “This programme is not just about settling legacy debts. It is about restoring confidence across the power sector ensuring gas suppliers are paid, power plants can keep running, and the system begins to work more reliably,” she said. She added that the debt resolution is part of wider ongoing reforms, including improved metering and the introduction of service-based tariffs that tie electricity bills to the quality of power received. “The government is also prioritising power supply to businesses, industries, and small enterprises because reliable electricity is critical to creating jobs, supporting livelihoods, and growing the economy,” Arowolo-Verheijen explained. “The goal is simple: more reliable power for homes, stronger support for businesses, and a system that works better for all Nigerians.” President Tinubu has commended all stakeholders involved in resolving the legacy issues and has directed that the next phase of the programme (Series II) commence this quarter. The announcement was made in a statement issued on Sunday by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.

This further demonstrates that you guys are behind the ordeals happening across political parties in Nigeria, because tell me, why a presidential spokesperson will be so idle to the point he’s interfering in ADC’s matters….why will that not even happen in the first place, when you guys have run out of ideas and you no longer have clear directions to where the country is headed….whether you guys like it or not, @ADCNig will stand firmly against the hopeless @OfficialAPCNg government in the forthcoming elections and will win.

BREAKING ADC is taking its fight for democracy global. As part of our efforts to strengthen international engagement, we are establishing a Special Representatives Network across key global capitals to engage foreign governments, amplify credible information about Nigeria’s political environment, and counter one-sided government narratives. This comes amid growing attacks on our members, attempts to undermine our leadership, and efforts to restrict political participation ahead of the 2027 General Elections. Our representatives will engage foreign governments, international media, democracy institutions, and the Nigerian diaspora, providing regular briefings on political developments, human rights concerns, and electoral integrity. We are also launching a National Documentation Initiative to systematically track and report incidents affecting political participation across Nigeria. From Washington DC to London, Brussels to Addis Ababa, ADC is building a global platform for accountability. Nigeria’s democracy must be seen, heard, and defended everywhere.
