The WHO has a "Pandemic Intelligence" apparatus I'm not sure who gave them this authority

⚠️UPDATE⚠️ Ok, so this now confirms it. YouTube Support has no control over their automated system even when acknowledging they made an error on their end. In theit language, they are "locked out". In the newest e-mail, YouTube Support informed me that: - they cannot manually review the channel, - cannot override the system, - and are “structurally locked out” from forcing a manual review through. At the same time, they also stated that this situation is: “not a reflection of the quality of your work or your standing within our community.” If you are not already confused, I know that I am. The original policy notice referenced content that did not exist on my channel. Never. Support later confirmed there is currently: • no strike, • no identifiable enforcement action, • and no removable content tied to the notice. Yet despite these contradictions, I’m now being told there is effectively no manual review process capable of investigating or correcting potential automated errors. I want to be abudantly clear: I am not attacking YouTube employees or moderators individually. My concern is the apparent lack of transparency and recourse surrounding YouTube's automated moderation systems that can issue serious policy notices, while simultaneously providing no identifiable content, broken appeal paths, and no meaningful manual escalation process. @TeamYouTube, For creators whose livelihoods depend on these systems, this entire situation is deeply concerning.

Hey @TeamYouTube , I’m requesting clarification regarding a very concerning moderation issue tied to my account. I make a deliberate effort to stay within YouTube’s guidelines and respect the platform’s policies carefully, which is why this situation is so concerning to me. I recently received a YouTube policy notification claiming my channel violated the Sex & Nudity policy for content titled: “Loneliness in the Age of the Algorithm” Here is the problem: That video (or thumbnail) does not exist on my channel. I have never uploaded a video with that title, nor have I ever uploaded sexual or nude content. When I attempted to appeal the notification, the appeal link led nowhere and did not connect to any identifiable video or thumbnail. I then contacted YouTube Support directly. Support later confirmed there is currently: • no strike on my account, • no identifiable enforcement action, • and no removable content tied to the notice. At this point, I have: • a policy violation notice referencing content that apparently does not exist, • a broken appeal path, • and support acknowledging there is currently no identifiable enforcement attached to the account. It is also important to note that I have never had a Community Guidelines strike and have maintained a clean record since starting my channel in 2020. Given that my channel was recently demonetized under an automated “inauthentic content” determination, this raises serious concerns regarding incorrect moderation metadata or associated account errors. I am formally requesting clarification and a manual review regarding this notification and any related automated enforcement history tied to my account.
