News: Alameda CTC announced today the opening of a new southbound express lane on #I680 between Alcosta Blvd and SR-84, completing a continuous express lane corridor between Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Alameda CTC Chair @DaveHaubert said, “This important project improves mobility and makes travel more reliable across Alameda County. The new segment will provide smoother, more predictable trips for drivers every day.” The new express is open to drivers, with tolling to begin later this year. Full press release: bit.ly/405krQy.
