@BookishDM@VodafoneUK@debra_shakes A reboot of my fibre router finally fixed the lack of access to iCloud. I'm presuming cached DNS is likely to have caused this.
We’re aware of and investigating an issue impacting some of our home broadband customers since this morning. Getting our customers reconnected is now our top priority, and we’re incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.
@VodafoneUK@debra_shakes Won't work, as it's a Vodafone routing issue not a local user issue. Vodafone networks are most likely not forwarding/receiving data to/from the iCloud services
@debra_shakes Hey Debra 👋 Can you please try to forget your Wifi then restart the device and reconnect the Wifi and try the iMessage and FaceTime service again.

@VodafoneUK Have PM'd you. It is actually affecting the whole of iCloud, all my non-mobile devices cannot access any iCloud service, can't logout, login, access data, make Facetime calls, send receive iMessages, sync data or photos etc.
UPDATE: We have identified the broadband issue that has been affecting some of our customers today. Our engineers are now resolving the issue and reconnecting affected customers.
We apologise once again for the inconvenience this has caused.
