@AshCrypto Wish I had tropical fruits! Re apples, the story goes: bums would grab a sack of apples in Washington and hop a train to MN and WI for logging work. Eat apples and chuck cores on the way. My fam dug up the saplings from the local rail grades and transplanted here.

@AlanDubla Oh! That's amazing! Growing up in FL, everyone had tropical trees - citrus, mango, avocado, guava - but apple trees were this foreign "north" concept. Since moving to the midwest I've seen a few and love it!

@AshCrypto Haha bed at midnight and up at 4 this morning. It’s a curse. 16 trees producing in some capacity atm. Uncovering more as I clear the farm property that grew in when my fam stopped in the 70’s. Highly tech in the winter low tech in the summer.
