Serial entrepreneur Phil Hollingdale has founded, scaled and exited 6 companies.
He sold everything, put his family home on the line, slept in his office for weeks at a time.
He’s employed thousands of people and paid millions £ in tax.
Increase CGT rates again and he’s leaving the UK.

@AlanJLSmith No, the UKs top wealthiest list and the UKs top tax payer list is totally different. He will be using all the same methods of cloaking his wealth from HRMC so the tax we take will not go down. The millionaire "exodus" has been proved to be fake news as well

@AlanJLSmith Every time a high net worth individual leaves, the tax take goes down, not up one person like this pays more in a single year than hundreds of average earners combined. The policy is driving away the very people it’s targeting.

Be audacious @andyburnham! REMEMBER: 75% of the UK public back a Wealth Tax (& 75% of UK millionaires do too!) The howlers might be loud (because they own newspapers and social media platforms), but in reality they are a tiny, greedy minority protecting their stash.
