@Caolan_Scully Are the Irish incapable of motivation unless they seize grievance ! To say Scotland is arrogant when a team/player says they may beat you is actually an incredibly arrogant position by the Irish. There was a time Ireland couldn't buy a win against Scotland

Scotland’s major stroke of fortune. Darcy Graham try came from a quick throw-in. Has to be taken with the same ball that went out of play but that ball was in the crowd. Same ball rule in the book for decades

@stephenjones9 Scots got murdered in the scrums! kept getting yellow card final warnings. First yellow shouldve been a penalty to England, cost England 14 pts & charge down drop goal cost 10 points. England would win 8 times out of 10 but had the luck/ref & ultimately deserved it on the day

Consensus arising that England simply had a bad day at Murrayfield. Don’t agree. Scotland exposed them up front, at 9, in midfield combinations. and on the bench. And incredibly, in some scrums.

@stephenjones9 England didn't have a bad game. they were exposed. 31 points on England with a largely disfunction Scot scrum, points that England need oppositions to play to their strengths. Many of us in Scotland felt that England had limitations despite the 12 wins and the media over hyped.

@AndyBurke_ @TEnglishSport Only if we blow the Welsh off the park and bag 5 points will those calling for Townsend to go (me included) begin to rethink. At the moment its still a 'one swallow' scenario. Beat Wales and then France could be Townsends redemption, as we could feel we could take Ireland.
