Down big in the NBA Finals, Jalen Brunson doesn't flinch — he resets. Asked why the Knicks stay so comfortable when they're trailing, his answer was two words: "Next play." @nyknicks @NBA @ESPNNBA @NBATV @espn

Your attitude and your effort are the only 2 things in the world you have 100% control over 100% of the time.

Are you looking for a unique way to end your team/staff meetings on a high note? A way to conclude that will increase cohesion and camaraderie? Try an exercise called You, Me, We. INSTRUCTIONS: Select a member of your team to acknowledge something that a teammate did well (the You), something that they themselves did well (the Me), and something that the team as a whole did well (the We). They need to be as specific as possible when acknowledging the person and the behavior. Remember, that which gets praised... gets repeated!

Discipline is the ultimate separator. When you’re willing to do what’s right—even when it’s hard, inconvenient, or no one is watching—you’ll go where most people never will.

If you ask someone to help, trust them enough to do the job. Great leaders don’t just delegate responsibility—they communicate belief.

Yesterday is over. No amount of worrying, replaying, or second-guessing will change it. Learn the lesson. Own the mistake. Celebrate the win. Then move on. The highest performers don’t waste today’s energy carrying yesterday’s baggage. They understand that every minute spent living in the past is a minute stolen from the present. Your attention is one of your greatest assets. Invest it in what you can control. Right here. Right now. That’s where your next opportunity lives.

Your potential is limited only by your willingness to be coached. Stay curious, stay open-minded, and never let your ego get louder than your desire to improve.

Please stop screaming 'SHOOT IT!' 1) shooting should be a decision, not a reaction 2) instructions should only come from the coach 3) young players can only process so much info at a time 4) you're undermining their ability to make decisions ~from @AlanSteinJr
