Folks there was a time in my Dinosaur days; when Villages had a local Bobby; police attended every call for help; they Investigated crime; they stopped & spoke to people in the street; reassured public knew the local toe rags & controlled the streets & had school liaison officers; policing worked once not perfect but it was fine; we could lean a thing or two from the Dinosaur days!!

Folks I am aware of an Ex Police Officer who Committed Suicide yesterday; he said something inappropriate on a WhatsApp about a colleague it wasn’t too Appalling & could have been dealt with but someone complained;
He resigned & he’s Now Dead; it was a Final Written Warning at most; I know his name rank & force;
Pushed to SUICIDE with absolute no care & was a highly thought of officer & Leader;
I’ll leave it there! RIP Mate😞🙏
