When I was struggling with my gut (& mind), underweight (lost 15 kgs). Went to … >Allopathy, Ayurvedic Doctors >Astrologer, he asked me to perform multiple poojas, 1L >Pranic Healing, per sitting Rs 600 >Temples, AOL, Vipasana & etc Nothing worked, to a v small extent Vipasana helped to stay calm. From 1stJuly 2024, I did the following & turned my body into a Fit Body at 50 yr of age: >Joined Gym >Daily Walk, LY 11K ave per day >Coherence Breathing >Attitude – even if I lose my job, its OK but I don’t take stress & don’t compromise on sleep >Gave up alcohol, sugar, fried & junk food. (Lost 90% of my freinds & relatives to socialise.) >Bought a smart watch, started monitoring rest heart rate, sleep quality, steps, stress score >Stayed with a good gastro (8th Dr) & a lifestyle doctor (nutritionist) for longer duration >Gave up Liquor, Sugar, fried & junk foods 100% >Supplements – Iso Whey, D3+K2, Magnesium, CoQ10, Probiotic, Creatine, C, Fiber & few other >BPC157 peptide was a game changer, it really healed my gut Results: >Added 10 kgs >Build Muscles >Good Sleep >Gain Confidence >Calm mind >Most of the time I am Happy at Office & Home. >Inspired by me; my wife, daughter, son, sister in law, brother & few of my friends joined gym. I had shared this earlier, I am re sharing this, millions of Indians after 40, 50 yrs of age they go through the health crisis and many give up, continue to struggle. Don’t give up, bounce back, gym is must after 40 yrs. Best wishes & Cheers! (pls note all supplements were consumed with Doctors prescription only)

His name was Mukesh Chandrakar. He was 28 years old. He ran a YouTube channel called Bastar Junction from Chhattisgarh. In December 2024 he exposed corruption in a Rs 120 crore road construction project in Bijapur. Original project cost in 2010 was Rs 73 crore. By 2021 it had escalated to Rs 188 crore. Rs 116 crore paid for work that was incomplete and substandard. Two PWD officials were suspended because of his reporting. On January 3 2025 his body was found stuffed in a septic tank. At the home of the contractor he had exposed. The contractor was his own cousin. He was killed for doing his job honestly. India has a Whistleblowers Protection Act. Mukesh Chandrakar never got its protection.

Delhi Police has written to X Inc. seeking detailed information about multiple social media handlers, including mobile numbers used for account registration, IP logs, ports accessed, and recovery email IDs. According to sources, the notice also asked for “any other information” that could help in identifying or tracing the individuals behind these accounts. Following this, several of the concerned handlers have come forward publicly, alleging that the move amounts to a “witch hunt.” They claim the action is aimed at targeting voices that question or criticize the system, raising concerns over freedom of expression on digital platforms. The development has sparked a wider debate online, with many users questioning whether seeking such extensive personal data is justified or an overreach. @DelhiPolice @CPDelhi @DCPCentralDelhi @DCPNewDelhi

INDIA may soon leave CHINA behind not in development but in crushing the voices of citizens who dare question corrupt officials. 🇮🇳🤝🇨🇳 Expose corruption and instead of action against the guilty, you get FIRs, police notices, and intimidation. In today’s India, asking questions is treated like a crime and protecting Babus looks more important than protecting democracy.

Since an FIR has been filed against me, I want to ask the Health Minister a few questions. JP Nadda ji, why is FSSAI going after those who are raising questions instead of those accused of wrongdoing? In a Democracy, does an ordinary citizen not have the right to question alleged irregularities in public institutions? We exposed alleged corruption and irregularities in FSSAI’s recruitment process. Instead of investigating the matter, FIRs are being used against those speaking in the public interest. Is this accountability or an attempt to intimidate and silence dissent?

Dear @NarendraModi Ji, Today, I don’t want to raise my voice loudly. I am simply begging you for help. There is a company named NALCO in Odisha’s Koraput town. The company mines bauxite, produces aluminum, and generates red mud. This waste is reportedly leaking into natural water resources like rivers. Due to such mining, the environment and water are getting polluted. NALCO promised to improve the lives of villagers, but they are in extreme pain. They are suffering from skin diseases, cancer, infections, and eye problems. NALCO’s net profit was around ₹5,268 crore in 2025. Under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, NALCO should spend at least 2% of the average net profits of the last 3 years on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) for communities living near NALCO, as they are the most affected. NALCO spent around ₹61 crore on CSR in FY 2024-25. The company officially denies any leakage or contamination. If there is no leakage and the company has truly spent ₹61 crore on the community, then why are they still suffering? Help them live a normal life, please.

@drsunita02 Go to any good veg restaurant outside Hyderabad and you will get good Sambar and Coconut chutney. Ghee roast dosa and filter coffee is a classic combo, unfortunately in Hyd , everything tastes so bad.

Ok...hearing from all the good folks here that even chutneys are becoming stale/spoilt by evening.... Aloo curry anyway gets spoilt. Hmm.... Best is to eat Idli and sambhar perhaps??? But Sambhar can also get spoilt if they have prepared it in the morning.
Sunita Sayammagaru 🇮🇳🇬🇧@drsunita02

Small tip I will share here.... Don't eat Masala dosa in the evenings in summer in Hyd. Even from reasonably good hotels (not talking of 4 star and above) The potato curry would have gotten spoilt due to hot weather. Telling from own experience 😭😭

If you are an IT employee worried about Layoffs, Read this!!! You need to have a 15 year exit plan to create so much asset and corpus so that, If you are fired anytime after 15 years you can feed your family for long time without stress See, IT is a hectic, sedentary, health degrading job, we go there only for bigger packages right A normal human can't do even 10+ years in IT sector, while stay healthy, play sports, sleep well It impacts our health, lifestyle, sucks all your time, So the only sane way is to save money while you can On top of that because its high paying, 1000s are ready to replace you The only good way is to save aggressively, live below means, create a good corpus in 15 years And become financially strong in 15 years, so if your health is down or you are fired you are still safe, you are not desperate, your family is fed and taken care of But, if you increase your expenses equal to your salary, you stack emi's thinking you will be employed forever Good luck, because you will not be financially strong even after 25 years That's when possibility layoffs will forever haunt you

India is officially Naxal-free. If you grew up in the 70s and 80s in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or large parts of central India, you know what this means. This isn't some abstract news headline. This is the end of a terror that shaped our childhoods. As a kid, I witnessed an assassination for the first time when Naxals murdered a small-time farmers' leader who didn't give in to their demands. They killed a friend who was in college. They put my uncle on their hit list. Their threat was at the doorsteps of many ordinary people. They killed Andhra's Home Minister Madhava Reddy. MLA after MLA. Police officers. Student leaders in hostel rooms. They nearly assassinated Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in Tirupati in 2003. No one was safe. Not politicians, not police officers, not college kids, not farmers. The numbers: Naxalism killed more Indians than Islamist terrorism and Khalistani terrorism combined. Let that sink in. Naxalism (1980–2025): ~20,000+ killed. 12,000+ civilians. 3,000+ security forces. Over 30,000 violent incidents since 2000 alone. J&K Islamist insurgency (1990–2020): ~14,000 civilians + ~5,300 security forces killed. Devastating, but concentrated in one region, and episodic in rest of India. Khalistan insurgency (1980s–90s): ~21,500 killed including ~12,000 civilians. Intense but contained to roughly a decade. Naxalism wasn't episodic. It was chronic. It hit daily, across 180 districts, for nearly six decades. Yet Naxals got the most extraordinary cultural cover. Telugu cinema built an entire genre around romanticising them. They were portrayed as Robin Hoods fighting injustice. The revolutionary fighting the system. Nobody wanted to criticise them. Not filmmakers. Not intellectuals. Not the media. They destroyed schools, roads, mobile towers. They killed the very tribals they claimed to protect. They didn't fight the system. They were the system in those forests. A brutal, unaccountable one. From 180 affected districts to zero. From 2,258 violent incidents in 2009 to near zero. An 85% drop in civilian and security force deaths. This is the biggest internal security achievement in independent India's history. And it deserves to be talked about as exactly that. The Red Corridor is gone. Let's never romanticise what it was.
