Dr Morris also draws our attention to TANGO2 deficiency disorder, where there is increasing evidence for the use of B Vitamins (notably vitamin B5) to address the significant cardiac decompensation associated with this diagnosis.

@KateBurkeNHS @CaraghScott The lack of non-clinical staff is exactly what means I, a paediatric consultant, regularly end up changing beds, cleaning floors, sorting out discharge letters and re-stocking equipment trolleys. Because until those things are done, I can’t do the job I’m supposed to do.

Both me and Steve thinking each other had submitted this one 😂 Neighbours currently have two pairs of jeans on the line, left out in the rain and then overnight. Current record is 3 days. No mad dash from them to get them off the line when it started raining either 🤔

Have become a bit obsessed with next door's washing. They leave it outside overnight and in the rain all the time. There's a batch of washing that's been outside for 3 days now, and it's rained every day. I don't understand why they don't bring it in.
