@vickyinatutu I'm currently about to be made redundant, with a possible offer of a 3 or 4 day week instead. I'm so tempted by a 4 (or 3!) day week. What should I do?.......

Having spent the last few years since having my daughter gradually increasing my working hours, I can safely say 3 days a week is optimal and 4 days a week manageable but 5 days or more decreases your quality of life so much it’s not been worth the extra money.
