Last week we had our lab day on a beautiful summer day in Spreewald! We discussed what de/motivates us, what should we do to improve things, how to keep our positive culture in the lab. Well, after hours of paddling, pipetting wasn’t easy on the next day, but it’s worth it! 😊

We show that canonical PRC1.2/1.4 significantly influences neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation in the developing neocortex, while non-canonical PRC1.3/1.5 has a minor role, highlighting the importance of canonical PRC1 in regulating neural development. @CRTDpress
