A gluten-free diet is ridiculously and unfairly expensive. I spoke to a mum who needed to cut out gluten from her diet but couldn't due to the cost. As a coeliac, I found this particularly upsetting to hear alexandrarose.org.uk/stories/how-ro… @Coeliac_UK

@Coeliac_UK @MartinSLewis Well done. People with #coeliac have to pay for more expensive gf food or energy costs in baking their own gluten free goods. It’s hard enough. Families often have related conditions such as T1 #diabetes which brings further challenges.

Set up some footprint traps in the school grounds – very easy to do and only needed paper and an ink pad. We hid the traps in the undergrowth and left them overnight.
