Like the science that marijuana use under 25 can lead to psychosis -> bipolar and schizophrenia and our federal government refused to listen to leading pediatricians when they wanted the age of use to be 25. It’s almost you want people addicted to drugs and suffer on the street so you have purpose.

Are there any higher quality home builders out there in Alberta or BC willing to build <3,000 sq foot homes? Everyone I’ve seen out there have a minimum 5,000+ square foot homes - as are in huge demand among people over 65/70. Wild times.

There is a very real risk of foreign interference in Danielle Smith’s referendum this fall. I wrote to CSIS earlier this year and just received the reply. I’m happy they’re taking it seriously and I encourage anyone with evidence of foreign interference to contact them. And don’t forget that this is all happening in the context of the massive data breach that the Premier and her government keep waving off, even though we now know that your data was stored and available on websites of super-right Trumpian organizations for months. We need to know how this government is protecting the integrity of this referendum if they are at all.

I cannot wait to vote for separation. My entire family of IMMIGRANTS want to separate. 4 Drs, 4 Engineers, accountants, portfolio mgrs and two still in uni. How can you blindly support a federal government who is bankrupting Canada? The silent majority will make itself known in Oct.

@JimChuong I bought a house in 2021 for 1.25m and sold it for 1.7 mm in 2025. Ported a 2.5% mortgage from a house in Toronto. In Edmonton of all places. Fantastic money. No land transfer, no PST and I’m from Alberta. Kept my Toronto job and work remotely.
