@AlbertoCordon Estoy ahí. Es difícil seguir enfocado como si nada malo hubiera pasado.
Pero al mismo tiempo tengo miedo de caer en esa espiral de inactividad y no poder salir.

Lo peor que puedes hacer cuando te sientes agotado o deprimido es ceder ante la emoción:
-Procrastinar todo el día
-Ver Netflix en vez de ir a hacer ejercicio
-Perder tiempo en las Redes Sociales en vez de trabajar
Lo mejor que podrías hacer en estas ocasiones es seguir adelante incluso cuando no tengas ganas.
Esos días en los que te sientas apagado, haz los buenos hábitos, trabaja en tus objetivos y persiste.
Encontrarás satisfacción al final del día, y no arrepentimiento (si hubieras decidido la ruta fácil)
