Having a garden seemed like a daunting thing to do in an urban environment, but as soon as you have space for a little patch of land it’s well worth it. Any plain ordinary tomato you can grow in your garden is infinitely better than one you bought in a store.

Many rock musicians are excellent cooks, I've found, and those that are prefer to eat their own cooking in the studio. I encourage this behavior as I also enjoy the benefits of fresh food.
