The difference in quality btwn the clothes I bought a decade ago and the clothes I’m buying now is unbelievable. I have stuff - not expensive stuff, just things like leggings - I bought 12 years ago and still looks new. Then I have stuff I bought 2 years ago that’s falling apart.

Ok this. I'm old(er) and (more) tired than I used to be. I don't have the time to allow people into my energy who only want to use me to bolster themselves. I'd rather be alone.

Today I'm reminding myself that not everyone will like me, not everyone will celebrate my accomplishments with me, and that's OK. That's their business, not mine. My business is making myself better than the day before.

Today I saw two secret cops, one in a pick up truck and one that was RED. I hate them.

@jasminexETH I have done every type of work situation for 15 years: in-office, hybrid, at-home. I prefer hybrid, home the majority of the time and out of the house once or twice a week. Second to that is at-home. I'll never be a full-time office worker. Welcome!

I’m only about 4.5 days officially into this 100% remote thing and I’ll tell you one thing you will NEVER ever see me in a office again.

2021 was pretty great for me, but the last 5 weeks have really thrown me for a loop. Just trying to get my feet back under me and my head on right.
