🇪🇸 A Spanish left-wing activist was abused and kicked out of her own home by a migrant that she voluntarily hosted. Estíbaliz Kortazar Errecatxo rented a room to a 48-year-old North African migrant out of humanitarian solidarity through a volunteer association. It is reported that the migrant tenant eventually stopped paying rent, damaged her property, and subjected her to psychological harassment and threats. He reportedly targeted her with persistent insults, including derogatory and misogynistic language. Kortazar alleged he watched pornography in her presence, made unwelcome sexual innuendos, and ignored basic hygiene in the shared home. He also intentionally kept the television volume high at night and left lights on constantly to disturb her. Kortazar was forced to flee her own home out of fear. Reports indicate the man changed the locks and occupied the property. Then, the migrant allegedly changed the locks, barring her from her own home while she continued to be responsible for paying the utility bills. Now she ended up in a squatter situation, infamously known in Spain as "okupas."

Ed è scoppiata immediatamente l’ennesima polemica sul “razzismo della polizia italiana”. Ma sapete qual è il punto? Che i fatti li ha raccontati lui stesso. La polizia era lì per lavorare. Per svolgere controlli e attività di indagine. Non per “bivaccare”, non per perdere tempo, non per infastidire qualcuno gratuitamente. Quest’uomo arriva con i figli e inizia a interrogare gli agenti con toni inquisitori: perché siete sempre qui? Perché controllate questo locale? Perché venite qui? Perché non andate altrove? Ora immaginate la scena: agenti impegnati in un’attività operativa che si ritrovano qualcuno addosso a fare domande, interferire, ficcare il naso in attività che non lo riguardano minimamente. La polizia non deve giustificarsi con il cittadino mentre sta lavorando. Lo Stato non deve chiedere il permesso di svolgere controlli. Non deve spiegarsi. Non deve scusarsi. A quel punto gli agenti chiedono i documenti. Nasce tensione. L’uomo viene fermato e portato in questura. Il fatto che davanti ci fossero i figli è certamente spiacevole. Molto spiacevole. Ma la responsabilità non è della polizia che fa il proprio dovere. È di chi, davanti ai propri figli, decide di sfidare e provocare gli agenti invece di insegnare il rispetto per le istituzioni del Paese in cui vive. Perché se scegli di vivere in Italia: rispetti lo Stato italiano, rispetti le forze dell’ordine, rispetti chi garantisce sicurezza e legalità. E invece ormai accade il contrario: ogni intervento di polizia diventa automaticamente: razzismo, abuso, violenza, scandalo mediatico, mentre gli agenti fanno semplicemente ciò che devono fare. Ed è questo il punto più grave: in Italia si continua a trasformare in colpevoli uomini in divisa che non hanno fatto altro che svolgere il proprio lavoro. Sempre sotto accusa. Sempre delegittimati. Sempre trattati come il problema, invece che come una delle poche difese rimaste contro il caos. La donna che ha pubblicato nome e foto dell’agente in borghese indicato come nemico pubblico, la stessa che muove accuse di razzismo e che si indigna perché non si è tenuto conto della presenza dei figli minori del fermato, dovrebbe essere accusata di diffamazione aggravata e di istigazione all’odio. Peraltro, prima di pubblicare le foto del poliziotto muovendogli queste accuse infamanti, lei, che pure si mostra così sensibile verso i minori, non si è posta il problema che questo agente potrebbe avere dei figli i quali potrebbero vedere il padre infangato in questo modo sui social. La vera violenza è questa. Ricordate: la legge si applica a tutti a prescindere dal colore della pelle. E l’essere nero non è un patentino di immunità e di intoccabilità.
