So glad I got recommended Path of Titans. It's been fun and I've gotten the hang of it (mostly). I personally just enjoy observing people and trying not to get chomped on.

@RavenBlood21113 I think I've seen that technique used before and I really like the outcome of the art!

@AlbynoBat a fun thing i've found too is using taking photos to make a grittier texture for the overpainting but it's a real mind bend i think, you have less control traditionally in a way but the physicality makes up for it. the precision of digital feels foreign to me at times

I'm so ass backwards. I find watercolor art easier than digital, even though digital has CTRL+Z and separate layers. I also just feel like my art in digital is missing a certain...je ne sais quoi about it. I envy those who can effortlessly make digital art.

@RavenBlood21113 Yea, my old technique was to draw traditionally, then scan it in and finish it digitally. I'm pretty much just using digital for finishing touches on my stuff now which seems to work. I'm always open to trying new stuff with art!

@AlbynoBat aye thanks! but i guess with non-free programs it's easier to find specific brushes and settings that feel comfortable, i've found. i use to ink traditionally and color digitally too, i just recommend keeping yourself open to trying stuff, i love seeing your work!

@RavenBlood21113 Yours is phenomenal! I just never could work out depth or dimension in digital, but I was using freebie programs.

@AlbynoBat nahh that's normal, it took me many years to feel comfortable with digital, and even then i'm only comfortable with certain programs and specific brushes i like. a lot of art is finding what you vibe with and what makes you happy
