It was a great day to go advocate on behalf of children! Chapter members joined nearly 400 pediatricians on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC earlier this week, meeting with their members of Congress and urging them to reject federal funding cuts to Medicaid and CHIP.

After the session, the committee voted unanimously to pass HB 265 by Representative Ron Bolton, which requires and/or recommends these national guidelines.  The bill will continue to the House floor the week of March 18. 4/4
