I want to live and enjoy life. To do that I must put recovery, first.

If you're going through hell; don't stop.

No one’s happiness but my own is in my power to achieve or to destroy.

For alcoholics, drinking is like having sex with a gorilla. We're not done until it says so.

Every recovery from alcoholism began with one sober hour. Then it becomes a day, then a year. Keep moving forward. Sobriety is priority.

I've never seen anyone drink themselves smart, successful or happy. Most end up broke, bitter and alone.

So often we live our lives in chains without knowing we hold the key.

If you want something you've never had... You'll have to do something you've never done. Sobriety takes work and focus. Be strong!

I can not make a brand new start, but I can make a brand new end.

The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.

Failure is not falling down but refusing to get up.

If it's important to you, you'll find a way. If not, you'll find an excuse.

To purify your heart, body, & mind is to take out everything you don't need & fill it with what's good. To grow is to unlearn some things.
