The 16+ Female group in Angus were keen to have a session involving getting active but importantly, they wanted to have fun doing this!! What better way to get fit than jumping about for an hour! This was a first for most of us and we all loved our session at Ryze Dundee 🤸‍♀️

TCA attended a Health Fayre at Amazon in Dundee yesterday in partnership with Healthy Working Lives 😊 Amazon staff were really interested and the stall was well attended with people getting information about the recommended guidelines and what's in a unit of alcohol 🥃

Yesterday at the kith and kin group we decorated egg cartons. Some made beaches, space, boats and butterflies. We then went to the gym hall where we played catch the tails and what’s the time Mr Wolf before saying goodbye for our Easter break 🐣🐰
