We ran the 1st annual Alden IS Wellness Fair during PE classes the last couple of days. It was a huge hit with our students. Special thanks to Mental Health Advocate of WNY for their help🙏

Tonight, I presented content from our K-12 Health/PE programs to the district BOE. Tech problems interfered with some cool elementary PE's highlights. Proud to work with great colleagues!

This is the Bulldog version of container ball. 5th graders competed to fill their opponents container and keep theirs empty 😎

Health/PE dept. took on the task of supporting a book using pieces of paper! Creative thinking was flowing! Proud of my team👍

Fitness & Fun in the PS Fitness Center! Mrs. Cornwell had them working up a sweat! 😅
