This evening our very own Ashley Lopez was recognized as the Guilford County Schools Counselor of the Year!! This recognition is a testament to all of her hard work and dedication to our school community!   We appreciate you, Mrs. Lopez!

A new alphabet caterpillar and literacy stations for our little bears outside of Alderman! Thank you Cadette Troop 2876 and Juniors troop 13393! Our little bears and siblings can practice at PreK pickup! @gcsprek 🐻❤️🐻

In math groups today we focused on addition and subtraction. Students listened to word problems and completed number bonds and created their own addition sentences from dominos and fishes. 🐻❤️➕

Field Day was a GREAT success!!!! Thank you to Coach M for making it all happen! A huge thank you to Grace Life Church for the waters and snacks and all parent volunteers who helped out! These smiles made this day perfect! 🐻

Read with Me Night was amazing!!!! We had two great authors, the public library, raffles and information on what reading should look like in each grade level! @PamMisher @GCS_Literacy
