@rafaelcbernardi @LatinXChem @theramirezlab @davimau @autonomadechile from these smaller MDs we take a frame when the peptides were fully inserted at the membrane and then replicated 8 times (every x and y combination arround the original system) with cppjtraj tool from amber.
