@DukeNBA Down 2 players, no excuses. I'm disgusted with the first half. Lacking perimeter defense and jacking up way too many 3s when we've established we're a paint dominant team. Khamenia, Harris, and Sarr for a combined 2-15 is unacceptable.

@WestinTV @elgato Yea there’s nothing wrong with using capture card and 2 cams. I mentioned an internal capture card or a more robust motherboard to mitigate this issue. That’s of you are running into a motherboard USB limitation.

@AlecBinks @elgato Okay I hear ya. My last question would be what if I'm plying the game on my console and using my 2 cams. Then I would run into this issue. I also don't know what I would need to do for motherboard issues

Does anyone know why my main camera freezes every so often? I have an @elgato facecam 4k and the Pro! Any help is appreciated!

Even though you may not be playing console, the capture card might still be running in your stream software. Not a bad thing, but overall, these devices might be limited by your motherboard USB bandwidth limit. If you can, test off stream with just the cam that’s been freezing plugged in. Unplug the other cam and capture card USBs. See if the problem happens again. Then test with the other cam plugged in. See if the issue happens again. My guess is as long as none of your devices are defective, any combination of 2 will likely work without issue. This would help indicate running into a USB limit. To circumvent this, a higher end motherboard with a great bus or internal capture card can help.

@AlecBinks @elgato Yes - I play on my pc but the capture card is plugged up (not being used) but I do play console games so what if I do need that plugged in?

@JFest During the sneak peak I expected a device that supported dual PCs or dual devices. Perfect! 👌🏼 What I didn’t expect was all the other products built with Wave FX on board processing too. And during the live streams you mentioned there’s more coming this year. Absolutely insane!

@WestinTV @elgato You’re likely just maxing out the Bus on your motherboard. Although you have enough ports, there’s a limit.
