PSA but if you’ve got a bad back or a stiff back these 2 items have been huge for me. The chirp wheel and the hip hook are 2 legit back therapy items. I have 4 different size wheels. @AlethaHealth @GoChirp_

Are your muscles bound up and tight? Get a lacrosse ball and lay on it for 10 minutes a day. It makes a dramatic difference in how hydrated your body will become.

@AlethaHealth you are using stock photos in your testimonials, are they even real reviews? This is fraud.

@dapatrickdc @tferriss Thanks for sharing our tool as a recommendation, Dale! @tferriss Let us know if you have any questions about our tool, the Hip Hook! It is the world's first tool specifically designed to release tension in the iliacus muscle, designed by a PT 😃

I’m trying to relieve lower-back tightness before bed, which disrupts sleep. It’s worst after hrs of hiking/walking. So far, a massage therapist releasing the iliacus has worked best. Seems more iliacus than deep psoas, but TBD. Any suggestions for self-release or other options?

Check out my latest video on the @AlethaHealth Nuckle. This is the same company who introduced the HipHook. Both tools are part of my daily mobility routine. youtu.be/dU_RTE6mrfg

Yesterday included a TRX Abducted Lunge, first time ever it felt right! I slowed down 1 rep so that I could look at details, find better self cues in hopes of getting it right more often. I really felt the hip working in the hinge movement & glutes at the end @AlethaHealth

@lennymomo Yes & I mostly agree with neuro. MS causes muscles to be tight if your iliacus is tight for too long injury is a consequence. Please read tight hip twisted core @AlethaHealth I’m excited to be getting back to a place where I have enough knee flexion for it to be able to buckle

Got another cortisone injection in my lower back today. Next link in the chain toward more mobility and less pain: a consultation with the back surgeon who hopefully will perform the laminectomy sooner rather than later. If I can't be who I was, at least let me not who I am now.
