Not sure of the long-term sticking power of this @Fanatics flag football tournament. But I will say, they've picked some intriguing players this go around. It's been fun to watch. Good mix of old, young stars and media personalities.

NFL players learning how different flag football is. If NFL fielded a team of only the quickest/shiftiest players, it would be much more competitive. The NFL guys (and the YouTube dudes) are getting worked.

Spoke to a teacher from New York. Makes $140,000/yr with a 10 month schedule. Retires in 2026 with ~ $90,000/yr pension + full health benefits. Traditional careers like this can be game changers. Why aren’t more people doing this?!

Tens of thousands of people driving home hammered after a football game driving through famously easy to navigate Washington DC - what could go wrong? I’m not gonna lie, that fake Commanders helmet is kinda clean But since I’m getting tagged in this, I once again reiterate that a team would never let a newly-acquired player get their hands on a photograph revealing a new, un-unveiled uniform (let alone Rachaad White, sorry lol) On top of that, let’s recap what changes the Commanders filed for: - “New” primary helmets - “New” alternate uniform, incl. helmet I also know they’ll only have a burgundy, white & black jersey next season… with the white one being the permanent SB-Era throwbacks from last season My last report from February, 17th 👇 x.com/ZachCohenFB/st…

Because a decent chunk of Real Estate in this country relies on cheap gas. Its only accessible via car, and because of its low density its built far away from real job centers. This means that the value of these properties would tank if the price of gas/energy rises to the point where commuting from these places costs more than the saved value of moving out here to own these homes

Idk why gas prices are so culturally salient in america. You could drive an hour a day and it probably comes to less than $3k/year. Is it because they put the price on billboards along the road?

We really need to talk about banning HOAs at the state and local level asap.

The HOA said they had an assessment fee of $20,000 per house! They offered to let them pay it off in 10 years! They refused topay it Now all of the homes are being foreclosed on! Turns out the HOA took in advance of $ 300,000 in cash upfront that needs to be paid back to the construction company! If you divide the $300,000 into all the homes it’s about a $20,000 per Home fee!
