Great opening day of football today, great competition and intensity, going to be a great year. Numbers from todays combine: 40 Yard Dash- 4.96 Bench Press- 135x28 3 Cone L Agility- 4.92 10 Yard Shuttle- 4.56 1st place in tire flip competition

Nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills .. ...but nobody squares up a previous week loss, like Andy Reid.

After a workout I wrung out my shirt. A younger kid nearby stared in disbelief and insisted that I had just taken a shower. Nope, I just refuse to lose in games and that sometimes takes 5 pounds out of you.

Most would learn more from their mistakes but most are too busy denying it.
