@UberUKsupport I can see from other tweets people have had the same issue and you won't refund. I'm pretty sure that's no how the law works when you send me something I haven't even ordered. Imagine if this was Amazon, I'd have a refund straight away. Joke.

@Better_UK Paid for a membership 2 weeks ago still not on my account. 1+ hour on hold on phones. Tried chat and gets disconnected everytime I'm at the front of the queue. 2 hours of my time I won't get back. This first month needs refunding.
